OUR GUARANTEE
All perfumes listed on our website are 100% genuine boxed products sourced from leading suppliers. We do not sell testers or product samples as full price products. Please note that not all perfumes are cellophane wrapped. We can assure you however that all perfumes are new and those that are not wrapped are inspected by us prior to dispatch.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
Every effort has been made to ensure that product images and descriptions are accurate and up to date. If you feel that the information is in any way inaccurate or misleading, please contact us. See our website Terms & Conditions for more details.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All products advertised on our website are subject to availability. Occasionally products are deleted or withdrawn by our supplier/s without notice. If this occurs, we will attempt to source your product from an alternative supplier or failing that, we will suggest an alternative product.
Rest assured that a) we will keep you informed of the status of your order at all times and b) you will NOT be billed until we can confirm that your order is ready for dispatch.
DELIVERY OPTIONS
We do our best to ensure that all orders are despatched within 1 – 2 working days although in some cases, please allow up to 5 days for despatch. In either case, we will usually confirm your delivery date (or estimated delivery date) within 1 working day. Delivery is free on all orders.
All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (first class) so please ensure that you or somebody you know will be available to sign for your delivery. If you would like to arrange for delivery on a specific day that's more convenient for you or you have special delivery requirements please let us know when you provide your delivery address during checkout. Please be aware that delivery methods other than Royal Mail Recorded Delivery (first class) may incur an additional fee which we will confirm with you before proceeding with your order.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
There are a number of ways to pay, as detailed below, however, no matter which payment method you choose, you can rest assured that we will not bill you until your order is ready for dispatch.

PayPal
If you would like to pay using your PayPal account, simply choose the PayPal option at checkout.
ONLINE SECURITY
All sensitive data transfer is encrypted using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) transport with a minimum 128-bit encryption key. Encrypted data is stored on physically and electronically protected servers with multiple layers of firewalls, network traffic filtering, virus scanning and intrusion detection systems, coupled with a strictly enforced security update policy to ensure the highest levels of security.
ORDER CANCELLATION
It may happen that you need to cancel your order with us. Should this be the case, please contact us on 0800 634 4367 or e-mail us at
as soon as possible.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we will simply cancel the order and refund you the full order value where necessary. If however, you order has already been dispatched, you will need to return your order (See product returns below).
PRODUCT RETURNS
If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please note however that due to the nature of the product, DM Fragrances cannot accept returns of opened or used products or where product packaging has been damaged or discarded.
If the return is due to an error by DM Fragrances (i.e. damaged in transit or an incorrect or faulty product was dispatched) your return postage costs will be refunded.
If the return is not due to an error by DM Fragrances (i.e. you ordered the wrong product, changed your mind or you no longer require it) no return postage will be refunded.
Your refund will be issued once DM Fragrances has received the returned item/s and providing this return is in accordance with the above criteria.
Please ensure all returns are dispatched in their original packaging to DM Fragrances, 2 Crescent Road, Kingston Upon Thames, Surrey, KT2 7QR via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
In the event that an order is returned to us as 'undelivered' we will contact you to arrange either a refund or a redespatch. In the event of the order being redespatched, you will be required to pay the applicable postage costs.
